“The overall aim of this service is to contribute towards improving living standards and overcoming barriers to social exclusion amongst black Africans living in the UK by improving awareness of and access to available services”.

The service covers education, training and employment.
We provide the following services:
 Information on available courses, training and local services
 Advice and guidance on how to access training and employment
 job search, writing CVs and letters, filling forms
 Making telephone enquiries on behalf of service users
 Translating overseas qualifications into the British equivalent
 Translation and interpretation service in French, Swahili, Lingala and Kikongo
 Referrals and signposting to specialised agencies/organisations dealing with immigration, welfare rights, housing, health and other issues.
